Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and customer communications while supporting long-term strategy. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of management experience and a background in marketing within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns targeting distributors and end customers.
• Develop product brochures, sales collateral, technical documents, and promotional content.
• Create digital and print marketing materials, including web, social media, email, presentations, guides, and video / motion graphics.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and contact lists using platforms such as HubSpot (or similar).
• Maintain and update the company website with relevant content and SEO best practices.
• Coordinate social media activity and monitor engagement across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and positioning.
• Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
