Ready to craft top-quality HVAC systems? We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. This role involves working in custom homes across Northern Virginia, focusing on installing ductwork and HVAC systems.

Duties :

  • Install ductwork, furnaces, and HVAC systems in custom-built residential homes.
  • Lead rough-in ductwork installations that meet unique design specifications.
  • Set up furnaces and outdoor condenser units.
  • Install line sets with precision and care.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to adapt to construction changes while maintaining deadlines.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in sheet metal work.
  • Ability to lift 75 - 100 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety and excellence.
