Your day to day as a Front Desk Receptionist

As a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist at Oculoplastic Surgeons of Philadelphia, you'll thrive in a busy office environment alongside six dedicated surgeons. Your primary responsibilities will include checking in and out patients, managing appointment schedules by making, changing, and canceling appointments as needed. You will check insurance eligibility, collect copays, and answer incoming calls efficiently. Additionally, you'll be tasked with entering patient demographics, insurance details, and pharmacy information into our electronic medical records using eClinicalWorks. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth patient experience while supporting our commitment to high-quality health care.
