job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSaturday, November 8th 10 : 00am - 1 : 00pm 13760 Lakeridge Dr, Fishers, IN 46037 Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment Review all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirement Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards Have coronal polishing certification - We are able to provide a sealant course! Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns Charting all existing / missing teeth, existing restorations, and / or dental procedures Obtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possible Maintaining accurate clinical notes of each visit Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state X-Ray and Coronal Polishing Certification Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification
