DIAL is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support the team for 6 months or longer, possibly permanently.
This role is ideal for someone who can learn quickly, adapt fast, and take on responsibilities with minimal ramp-up time. You'll play a key role in maintaining a smooth customer experience (CX) by processing orders, managing forecasts, handling escalations, and supporting day-to-day communications with both customers and internal teams.
This is an ON-SITE position M-F, 9 - 5 in Addison, IL.
