About the Pediatric Cardiologist / Advanced Cardiac Imaging Position

The Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin and Dell Childrens Medical Center (DCMC)  is seeking a full-time pediatric cardiologist with additional fellowship training in advanced cardiac imaging to support our rapidly growing team within the  Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease (TCPCHD) .

What You'll Do :

• Provide exceptional patient care, leadership, and innovation alongside a team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers.
• Collaborate with research professionals including a statistician, research manager, and research coordinators.
• Contribute to program development and growth.
• Foster an environment that emphasizes patient care, team building, safety, quality and access for imaging services.
• Work closely with the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology and the leadership of the TCPCHD to execute on yearly personal and programmatic goals focused on the fundamentals of extraordinary care.
• Partner with the Department of Radiology and various departments from UT Health and The University of Texas at Austin.
• Provide patient care in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
• Supervise advanced practice providers.
• Participate in Hospital service rotation.
