Platform Engineering Lead

A company is looking for a Platform Engineering Lead specializing in Kubernetes and Observability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team focused on Kubernetes platform operations and observability services

Drive modernization of container infrastructure and oversee the evolution of observability platforms

Implement automation for environment provisioning and optimize platform scalability and cloud spend

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience

10+ years in infrastructure, systems engineering, or DevOps roles, with 3+ years in a technical lead capacity

Deep hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (EKS) environments at enterprise scale

Solid background with AWS services, Terraform, Helm, and Linux systems administration

Strong familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
