IT Specialist - Mexico Remote

The IT Specialist will be supporting in onboarding / offboarding from an IT perspective new employees, including setting up systems and hardware for new employees as well as providing ongoing support in IT related matters to all employees. Configure, maintain and support internal Apps and Software as a service platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting employees during onboarding / offboarding, including hardware and software setup.
• Providing day-to-day IT support to 400+ employees across multiple teams and locations.
• Managing help desk systems and improving processes using ITIL best practices.
• Monitoring and maintaining antivirus, security rules, firewalls, and device management solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Maintaining and configuring SaaS platforms, apps, and cloud-based systems.
• Writing automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, MDM) to streamline IT processes.
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for IT policies and procedures.
• Educating and guiding non-technical staff on IT and security best practices.
• Delivering IT projects end-to-end while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
