Responsibilities Sales : Understand organizational objectives and make decisions with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager that align with Company priorities. Model and develop the team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations. Enforce sales strategies and growth across all categories. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to store and financial results. Lead floor supervision to drive metrics, including team selling and clienteling activities. Ensure credible customer interactions and act as a brand ambassador in the local market. Read customer cues and provide forward thinking solutions; escalate to Store Manager or District Manager as needed. Develop product knowledge and coach the team toward goals; provide regular feedback and development opportunities.
Operations : Manage daily tasks to Coach standards, adapt proactively to business needs, maintain store upkeep, and use retail systems and reporting tools to inform decisions. Adhere to retail policies and leverage tools and technology to support clienteling, selling, and goals. Collaborate with Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to adjust store operations for productivity.
Team Development and Leadership : Coach, develop and motivate the team to meet goals; delegate responsibly; foster growth and openness to feedback. Create short and long-term development plans for team members.
Brand and Customer Experience : Maintain Coach standards in appearance, service, and store ambiance; read customer cues and tailor approaches accordingly. Promote brand loyalty through community engagement and local initiatives.
Qualifications Experience : 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier / stock / sales), preferably in luxury retail. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical : Proficient with cash registers, basic computer skills, mobile POS, internet usage, walkie talkies, reading price and product release sheets.
Physical : Ability to work at a fast pace; able to maneuver the sales floor and stock room; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for product shipments.
Schedule : Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
