Top Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable, or Financial Operations
- Proven leadership experience, especially in managing teams through significant change. Such as Automation or an implementation of a new application or system.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and data-driven mindset
- In depth knowledge of Accounts Payable having worked in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP or other large ERP systems
- Experience with PO pricing , travel / expenses , and treasury functions
- Understanding of audit cycles and compliance timelines

The Procure to Pay Manager will oversee end-to-end PTP operations, focusing on high-volume accounts payable, PO pricing, and treasury-related activities. This hybrid role requires leading a team through organizational change, implementing automation and AI solutions, and promoting PTP processes across global teams, including India. The manager will ensure timely audit completion (cycle time : 5 days) and maintain a responsive communication standard (response time : 3 days). Responsibilities also include ERP system management (Oracle), data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and compliance.
