A company is looking for a Quality Healthcare Specialist to coordinate and implement performance analysis and reporting for quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement data collection and reporting strategies for quality performance initiatives
Analyze data and prepare trend reports while maintaining data integrity
Collaborate with clinical and IT staff and external partners to facilitate quality data exchange
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Basic Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of five years of related work experience with knowledge of research methods and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Clinical / Healthcare experience preferred
Familiarity with EMR and Billing / Claims preferred
