Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe
• Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods in order to assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals.
• Communicates station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef.
• As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations.
• Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
