Inventory Clerk

Trillium Professional is now seeking an Inventory Clerk in Pomona!

The Stock Room Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing materials, and supporting production by ensuring parts and supplies are available and correctly routed. This includes processing pick lists, entering transactions into the inventory management system, and investigating any inventory discrepancies. Candidates must have basic computer skills, solid math abilities, and the capability to operate a forklift safely. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or inventory-related environment is required.

Essential Job Duties :

• Maintain inventory records for manufactured and purchased parts using an ERP system (Made2Manage preferred)
• Receive, issue, and route parts and materials to appropriate departments
• Process job orders and pick lists, ordering additional parts when necessary
• Generate reports related to inventory movement and material availability
• Record all inventory transactions accurately in the system
• Order and maintain shop supplies

Additional Responsibilities :

Pay rate is $20 / hour.
