Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orange. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in person, in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently
