As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead , you’ll drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization . The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering—requiring both technical know-how and strategic marketing experience. You’ll own lifecycle campaigns end-to-end via CRM tools (notably Iterable ).
- Own & optimize lifecycle programs across in-app and CRM (Iterable), with agency support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Data, Brand, Design) to develop and scale acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build best practices for user engagement through notifications , email , product messaging , etc.
- Partner with technical teams to advance CRM tooling , attribution , and marketing automation systems .
