As a Shop Operations Specialist at OverCast Digital, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our clients' TikTok Shops. You will collaborate closely with our global and U.S. teams, optimizing shop performance and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic field of social commerce while working alongside industry leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple client TikTok Shops, ensuring timely updates and optimizations to enhance shop performance.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tasks related to TikTok Shop Seller Center management, streamlining workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to oversee client projects, prioritize updates based on client feedback and business objectives.
• Supervise offshore team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule before client delivery.
• Monitor and analyze the performance metrics of client stores, identifying areas for improvement to achieve and maintain Star Seller status.

Requirements

Location : Based in Los Angeles, CA.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
