What You’ll Do :
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients.
Manage client accounts with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Review policies, endorsements, and renewals to ensure proper coverage.
Partner with producers to deliver excellent service and drive client retention.
Respond to client inquiries, process changes, and resolve issues promptly.
Build strong relationships with carriers to advocate for your clients.
What We’re Looking For :
Prior insurance experience (commercial lines strongly preferred).
A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Current insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
