A Drain Cleaning Technician at Hero is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and servicing residential drainage systems while providing world class customer experiences and craftsmanship. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy working with others across multiple departments to inspire efficient and effective communication and ensure a job done right. They are also great at confidently communicating with and explaining their knowledge to customers to foster understanding and satisfaction.

7am 4pm (Last dispatch by 4pm) Monday through FridayEssential Job Duties
Execute residential drain-cleaning work in a clean, professional, and efficient mannerBuild and present options ethically for both repairs and permanent solutionsRespectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobsEnsure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documenting of activitiesMaintain company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipmentQualifications
