This position is with The Runden Agency, LLC, an Allstate Exclusive Agent. Employment is not directly with Allstate Insurance Company but with the agency as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth : Achieve sales goals by generating new business and retaining loyal customers.

Requirements

  • Licensing : Active Colorado Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience : 7-10 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving : Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs.
  • Collaboration : Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms.
