Job Summary :

The Wealth Management Enablement (WME) Manager will help to drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists with communication, education and training, and process improvement.

Essential Job Functions :

Curate a deliberate and strategic curriculum for WM : contemplating what we want WM to know and how we want them to focus on a weekly and monthly basis. Control what is communicated to ensure deliberate and impactful outcomes. This includes training for platform enhancements, process changes and identified learning needs. Understand priorities and design training programs to support these objectives. Priorities can include teaching IT changes, new products and solutions, and driving an unparalleled client experience. This includes ownership of solution training materials, all WM-facing email communications, MercerNet and Webinars

Working Hours : Daytime hours

Working Conditions : This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace that is free of interruptions. Whether the position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time.
