To support our swift growth in the Electronic Security division, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead new business initiatives in our Core Commercial division. This role emphasizes lead generation, relationship cultivation, and presenting our cutting-edge commercial electronic security products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a designated territory using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Develop and execute tailored service / account outsourcing strategies that align with client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to craft and deliver bespoke solutions addressing complex client challenges.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and identify prospects.
  • Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings per week within the assigned territory to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth utilizing solution-based selling techniques to expand existing accounts and secure new clients.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative sales approach.
  • At least 2 years of successful track record in meeting or surpassing high sales quotas in similar accounts and / or markets.
  • Proficient in Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance workflows, productivity, and client interactions.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned geographic areas.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
  • Previous experience in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
