• We are a well  funded startup that has reached the tipping point on market acceptance.  Now we need to accelerate sales in order to triple revenue next year.   Your compensation is a substantial base salary with commission on the total performance of your team What You Will Do Lead a team of 8 SDRs to achieve performance goals critical to company revenue Teach and implement SDR strategy and processes Inspect SDR work processes and the interface with customers and coach for constant improvement Recruit, hire and train new  members as your team grows Insure SDR information in the CRM system is current, and complete so management reports and forecast are accurate.
• What Will Make You Successful You have performed this role successfully before.
• We know who our customers are and most know us.
• The SDRs need to conduct outbound email and phone campaigns using our target customer database.
• They need to tell a value story to the customer.
• The “close” is he agrees to an appointment with an Account Executive for a demonstration.
• They get a bonus for  demos that take place and deals that close.  No cap on bonuses.
