What You’ll Do?
Support the Vice President of Finance with day-to-day financial operationsOversee general ledger, account reconciliations, and monthly / annual reportingEnsure GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and audit readinessManage accounts payable / receivable and fund accounting processesLead annual audit preparation and collaborate with external auditorsPartner with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and financial strategyMentor and develop an accounting team while fostering transparency andaccountability
What We’re Looking For?
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CMA preferred)At least 7 years of accounting experience, with 3+ in a supervisory / managementrole
Nonprofit accounting and fund management experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP, Form 990, and nonprofit complianceSkilled communicator who can make financial concepts clear to all audiencesA collaborative leader with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment toexcellence
