Resumen del Trabajo :

  • Los empleados trabajan individualmente o en equipo en la fabricación y distribución de sofás, sillones y sillas.

Resumen de Funciones Laborales Esenciales :

  • Introducir materias en la maquinaria de producción.-Suministrar materiales a otros departamentos / miembros del equipo-Ensamblar muebles en líneas de producción-Utilizar herramientas para ensamblar / fabricar muebles.-Monitorear el proceso de producción-Cumplir con los requisitos físicos del puesto.-Ser capaz de trabajar con pequeñas herramientas neumáticas.-Otras tareas que se realizarán según lo indique el supervisor (es) Entorno de Trabajo : Trabaja habitualmente alrededor de un entorno de fabricación y experimentará condiciones que incluyen frío o calor y humedad.
  • El nivel de ruido puede ser alto en ocasiones.

    • Demandas Físicas :

  • Debe poder mover y levantar objetos a lo largo del turno sin fatiga.

    • Movimiento y uso constante de las extremidades; esta posición requiere buena destreza manual, coordinación y resistencia.-Debe poder doblar y levantar piezas durante el turno.-Debe poder estar de pie durante todo el turno (de 8 a 10 horas por día)-Debe poder levantar hasta 60 libras de manera repetitiva a diario Requerimientos Adicionales :
