Job Summary :

Join our team as a Compliance Manager and play a vital role in maintaining our organization's commitment to compliance and integrity. With your expertise in healthcare regulations, analytical prowess, and exceptional writing skills, you'll help shape our compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.

Compensation : $40

Classification : Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm

Location : 2403 Professional Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

  • Healthcare Compliance Certification is required for this position.

Duties :

  • Develops, reviews, and updates compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards for approval by RVP.
  • Researches and analyzes regulatory changes and updates to determine the impact on organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures under the approval of the RVP.
  • Prepares and submits accreditation applications and responses to regulatory bodies.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including training records and policy updates.
  • Conducts compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement as requested by the RVP.
  • Provides guidance and support on compliance-related matters under the approval of the RVP.
  • Requirements and Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification in healthcare compliance (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, regulatory affairs, compliance) - preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software applications.
  • Experience with accreditation processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
  • Possibility of an additional $2 bilingual pay.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
