Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Build Relationships : Develop and nurture connections with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.

  • Lead Generation : Compile a database of qualified leads through cold outreach, emails, and networking.
  • Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Client Connections : Conduct introductions between clients and Care Professionals and participate in quality assurance visits as needed.
  • Community Involvement : Engage in public relations strategies to boost brand visibility.
  • What You Need to Succeed :

  • Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales Experience : A proven track record in business or sales, with consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Driving Requirement : Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Skills for Success : Excellent communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
