A company is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the finance director to support budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a mid-sized organization
Proficiency in QuickBooks and bill.com for financial management
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
Expertise in performing detailed bank reconciliations
Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports
