Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Community Manager role, located on-site in Dallas / Farmers Branch, TX. The Assistant Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, including resident relations, maintenance coordination, leasing activities, and administrative tasks. They will ensure the community maintains high occupancy and resident satisfaction, while adhering to budget and property goals. Providing exceptional service to current and potential residents is a key responsibility of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property management, including leasing and resident relations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle maintenance coordination and vendor management
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred) and general computer skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
