job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSpecialty Board Certification : Board certification in the Nurse Practitioner's specialty area, specifically as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner, is required. National Board Certification : Applicants must possess national board certification. American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification : Certification through either the AANP or ANCC is necessary. Educational Background : A Master's Degree in Nursing or a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nurse practitioner program is required. Clinical Experience : A minimum of three years of experience in primary care, specifically in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, is essential. Coding and Billing Proficiency : Knowledge of Evaluation and Management (E / M) coding guidelines is necessary. EMR and Dictation Proficiency : Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required. We utilize EClinicalWorks for our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation, ensuring an efficient and optimized workflow. Strong Clinical Skills : The ability to work independently with robust clinical skills is crucial. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to delivering patient-centered care and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team. Work Schedule : This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary. Weekends & Major Holidays : The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance. Patient Volume & Schedule Structure : 2 new or 3 established patients per hour. On Call Responsibilities : Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light. Salary : Competitive Base Salary Bonus : Productivity bonus based on Nurse collections.
