We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a project that lasts through December. The ideal candidate will provide support to our HR team by assisting in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting with ADP software, and other admin duties.
Duties :
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Act as a personal assistant to HR, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Utilize computer literacy skills to create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Type, proofread, and edit documents as needed
Skills :

Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
