Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a large team while exploring career development plans for direct reports

Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies

Administer human resource programs and manage payroll data and reports

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED (or higher)

Trained in conflict management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Demonstrated success in employee engagement and satisfaction

Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
