Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities :

Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.

Conduct assessments and create care plans.

Use Oasis and HCHB for records.

Perform Start of Care, routine visits, and recertifications.

Manage approximately 5 patient visits daily.

Schedule :

13 - week contract, 40 hours / week

Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Day shifts, no on - call

Potential for contract extension

Qualifications :

Valid Compact or WA RN License

BLS certification

2+ years RN experience, with Home Health expertise

Proficient in Oasis and HCHB

Additional Information :

Coverage : Snohomish County
