Job Summary

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with administrative staff, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. If you are experienced in Personal Injury, car accidents as well as workers compensation cases and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. If you have established clients and want to join our firm, please contact us. MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in these areas of the law to apply. Salary start range 100K-150K depending upon experience. All is negotiable,

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research
  • Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
  • Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records
  • Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants

    • Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam
  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
