Job Title : Physical Therapist

Location : On Site - Roanoke, Virginia, (Outpatient)

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus!

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life.
  • Accurately document patient progress using EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain a positive, clean, and professional clinic environment that aligns with the company's culture of excellence.
  • Manage an extremely manageable case load.

Must-Have Skills :

  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
  • An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Strong commitment to patient care and personalized treatment planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent documentation skills, particularly with EMR systems.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Outpatient experience, particularly with orthopedic, neurological, or sports-related conditions.
  • Familiarity with performance-based bonus systems.
  • Experience contributing to clinic culture and professional environments.
  • Knowledge of wellness and fitness services industry trends.
