Cleaning and Restoration Operational Manager Job Summary :

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of our Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water restoration, cleaning (carpet, rug, flooring, tile and grout, upholstery, air ducts), and team management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will also need to step into the field to assist with carpet cleaning jobs when necessary, providing top-tier customer service.

Compensation :

The starting pay will be $65,000 to $80,000 annually depending on experience. Additionally, there will be many opportunities for bonuses and merit increases now and as the company grows.
