Membership Experience Team Member Location : Sportsplex – Where Community, Fitness, and Family Thrive Are you passionate about health and wellness, thrive in high-energy environments, and love helping people?
Sportsplex is looking for a Membership Experience Team Member who’s ready to take initiative, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service every day.
In this pivotal front-line role, you’ll do more than greet guests—you’ll create lasting first impressions, guide potential members through our diverse offerings (including tennis, swimming, fitness, and youth programs), and be a key player in building our growing Sportsplex community.

What You’ll Do :

Welcome every guest and member with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care Conduct engaging tours and confidently present membership options to prospects Own the sales process—follow up with leads, close memberships, and exceed goals Handle phone and in-person inquiries with top-tier customer service Support front desk operations including check-ins, sign-ups, and member accounts Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, fast-paced, and motivating environment Who We’re Looking For : Sales-driven and self-motivated – you’re energized by goals and take initiative without waiting to be asked Excellent communicator – friendly, clear, and confident with people of all ages and backgrounds Customer-first mindset – you love solving problems and making people feel valued Outgoing and proactive – you're not afraid to start a conversation or make the first move Team-oriented, but independently capable – you know how to hustle, prioritize, and stay organized Previous sales, hospitality, or fitness industry experience is a plus Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends If you’re looking for more than a job—if you want to grow with a purpose-driven team and help others find their path to wellness— we want to meet you .
