Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure and land development projects for both private and public-sector clients.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subconsultants, and design staff to ensure on-time and on-budget project execution.
• Prepare engineering reports, construction documents, cost estimates, and technical specifications for roadway, drainage, water, wastewater, and grading projects.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for EITs and early-career PEs; review and seal engineering plans within your discipline.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary partners including survey, geotechnical, environmental, and utility subconsultants.
• Interface with reviewing agencies such as TXDOT, TCEQ, FEMA, USACE, and municipal entities to secure approvals and resolve design challenges.
• Support client relationships and business development efforts through quality work, responsiveness, and creative problem solving.
