Responsibilities Work in a home health setting serving adult patients in Medford, OR and surrounding communities Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Typical caseload is up to 6 patients per day with a 30 productivity point standard No weekend, on-call, or block scheduling required No floating required between units but may be expected to float within the state as needed Epic and OASIS charting systems are used; OASIS experience required Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate RNs are responsible for direct patient care in the home setting, including assessment, documentation, and care coordination System works to group client visits and minimize driving time, but occasional travel of up to 50 miles may be required Any color scrubs are permitted while on duty Free parking is available Local candidates are accepted at the same rate if within a 50-75 mile radius Former permanent staff must wait 3 months before applying as a traveler and cannot live within 50 miles of the facility for consideration Minimal to no RTO (requested time off); extensive RTO may limit job opportunities Requirements Active OR RN license or eligibility to obtain prior to start At least one year of recent, skilled home health RN experience required Current BCLS certification required OASIS charting experience required Candidate must have their own reliable transportation Must provide two supervisory references from the last three years in a comparable setting COVID-19 vaccination series plus one booster required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-624665.
