Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop standardized reporting for the sales organization
Utilize performance reporting to make recommendations for improving sales processes and strategies
Manage territory assignments and the commission program for the sales team
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in sales operations, commission and territory program management, or finance
At least 2 years of direct leadership experience
Strong cross-functional leadership and management skills
Understanding of sales processes, territory management, data analytics, and commission programs
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
