General Laborer

The General Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including surface preparation, power washing, sandblasting, material handling, and general maintenance. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate power washing and sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces.
  • Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and tools.
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare work areas by removing debris and ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Follow detailed instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment after use.
  • Support other team members with general labor duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in general labor, construction, or industrial environments is a plus.
  • Experience with power washing or sandblasting equipment preferred (training may be provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

    • Working Conditions :

  • Must be able to wear PPE, including respirator, eye, and ear protection.
