As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Lankenau Medical Center your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include : managing the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position : Nurse Supervisor

Shift : Days. 7 : 00am- 7 : 30pm Every Other Weekend, Saturday and Sunday

Experience : Five (5) years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.

Education : Graduate of accredited school of Nursing. BSN Required. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.

Licensures / Certifications : PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
