Job Description

Oversee day-to-day field operations for large-scale, luxury multifamily and mixed-use projects from ground-up through closeout.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with uncompromising quality.

Enforce safety standards, site compliance, and company policies to maintain a zero-incident environment.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.

Conduct daily site meetings, progress tracking, and quality inspections to uphold craftsmanship standards aligned with the firm's reputation for excellence.

Mentor field teams and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in delivering high-end residential environments.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily or commercial projects, ideally within high-end or luxury construction environments.

Strong leadership presence on-site with the ability to motivate crews, coordinate trades, and drive results under tight schedules.

Deep understanding of building systems, sequencing, and high-quality finishes typical of premium residential developments.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing clients, architects, and project teams.

Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship - paired with pride in delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary range of $105,000 to $115,500 per year, depending on experience.
