The Role : We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in multifamily construction to take ownership of large-scale ground-up and renovation projects. You’ll lead the project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage multifamily projects from $20M+ start to finish

Oversee schedules, budgets, and contracts

Partner with Superintendents to ensure safety and quality on site

Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships

Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects

Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration

Proven leadership and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
