Director, Risk & Resilience
Job Summary : The Director, Risk & Resilience will be accountable for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, mentoring and coaching, services and products innovation, and meets sales targets. It is expected the role has experience and is comfortable facilitating c-suite meetings, training, and conflict.
This role will work a sporadic and fluctuating schedule.
Job Duties :
- Manages consulting, financial and operational numbers, such as utilization, realization, margin, sales pipeline
- Demonstrates ability to grow, expand, cross-sell accounts
- Establishes engagement budgets, coordinates deliverables, and maintains appropriate project management to ensure engagements are delivered "on time, on budget, and as promised"
- Consistently develops and delivers accurate and thorough project status reports to client stakeholders and management
- Proactively identifies project risks and issues and resolves them in a timely manner
- Cultivates and maintains strong, trust-based strategic relationships with key client decision makers
- Identifies revenue growth opportunities and coordinates business development efforts including drafting and issuance of statements of work
- Facilitates workshops and presentations to client personnel
- Provides clients with strategic business continuity guidance (written and verbal) in the disciplines of business continuity, crisis management, and enterprise risk management
- Recommends enhancements to client operations and infrastructure to strengthen business resiliency and recovery capabilities
- Contributes to the development of methodologies and intellectual capital
- Exhibits mastery of consulting methodology, materials, tools, and continuity software
- Participates in client pitches and manages new relationships through CRM
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Provides strong leadership, technical guidance, coaching, and support to junior consultants ensuring they are trained on all relevant tools and techniquesEvaluates the performance of junior consultants and assists in the development of goals and objectives to enhance professional developmentQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Education : Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Business Administration, preferred
Twelve (12) or more years of consulting experience in enterprise, risk, business continuity and / or crisis management, requiredSharePoint and familiarity with cloud-based CRM tools, preferredSoftware : Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required; Familiarity with resiliency software, preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
Massachusetts Range : $86.54 / hr - $96.15 / hr
