Position Summary
As a Manager for the Business Compliance Office (BCO) located within the CVS Health Corporate Compliance Division, you will be a key contributor to the successful identification, review, communication, and implementation of state and federal regulations. In this role, you will be collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to implement and monitor compliance initiatives impacting the CVS Health enterprise. Additionally, the position includes identifying impacted business departments and business owners; developing and fostering key stakeholder relationships; and reviewing process enhancements and implementation to effectively address compliance requirements. This key position requires an individual to work independently and collaborate with CVS Health colleagues to meet regulatory implementation timelines which ensures the healthiness of the compliance program for the individual's responsible business segments.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
