Sales Floor Manager – $19–$23 / hr

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Floor Manager for our Plano, TX location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day floor operations. As a small business, this role offers variety, independence, and the chance to directly impact both the customer experience and the success of the store.

What You’ll Do :

  • Serve as the go-to person on the sales floor for both customers and team members
  • Assist customers with product knowledge, insurance options, and cash-purchase alternatives
  • Maintain organized, appealing product displays and ensure inventory is stocked and accurate
  • Oversee daily store operations on the floor, including opening / closing duties
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, or issues with professionalism and care
  • Work closely with ownership to suggest improvements and support company growth

Pay Range : $19–$23 per hour, based on experience

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Retail floor experience (preferred)
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
