Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Investigation of coverage, develop theories of liability and damage models
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
• Negotiation and settlement of personal injury claims
• Analyze medical records and bills for utilization in case development
• Supervise legal support staff and provide detailed direction on cases
• Perform cost and benefit analysis of settlement versus litigation
• Keep clients updated as to the status of their case
