Key Responsibilities
Create and manage complex travel requests for high-level travelers
Provide informed recommendations to enhance the traveler experience, particularly in the entertainment sector
Resolve complex travel issues and manage customer complaints effectively
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a customer service environment, including 5+ years as a travel counselor
Experience in Concierge, VIP, or Specialty travel counseling
Strong working knowledge of the travel industry and client travel policies
Highly skilled in using Sabre GDS
Ability to adapt to changing technology and work flexible hours
