PFS Representative - Arizona

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO Acute Billing Follow Up.

Key Responsibilities

Process payments, adjustments, claims, and correspondence accurately and timely

Research payments and denials to determine discrepancies and make necessary appeals

Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients regarding billing and payment issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge

2 years of patient financial services or medical claims experience

Experience with submitting appeals and understanding of EOBs

General knowledge of codes used on UB forms

Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
