We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, specifically within the HVAC industry. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.

• Duties
• Install and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and heating systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements based on performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications during all service operations.
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any related plumbing or electrical issues as needed.
• Educate clients on proper system usage and maintenance to enhance efficiency.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to build, boil, plumb, and design HVAC systems as required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay : $25.00 - $36.39 per hour

Expected hours : 35 – 60 per week
